Closing weekend was amazing! Sold out shows, laughing audiences! We also managed to raise $400 for the Senior Safe House! WOOT! Thank you so much to you, the audience, the friends, and family who came to see us make you laugh and move your own mountains. This was a great show to end the run of plays on love and relationships.
In looking at all EMH has done since last August, starting with My Fellow Creatures, Liar, Dog Sees God, and now Moving Mountains, I am reminded of how many of you have supported EMH. These shows were successful thanks to each cast and crew behind them and the audiences who came to enjoy them. I do not say that without profound thanks to all of you for your trust in my work as a producer, a director and an actor. These experiences were incredibly varied, impossibly hard yet worthwhile, wonderful, amazing, creative endeavors that have given me more than I have words for. I look forward to the fall when we open October 4th with the ever creepy and awesome play Down the Road by Lee Blessing and my own original work After Hours on November 15th. (If you want a sneak peek of this play, come to the reading at the Playwright's Collaborative on June 2nd, 7pm. R and 25th at California Stage.)
SPECIAL THANKS TO the Following Companies who donated show tickets to us for the Senior Safe House:

Special Shout to Coleman Chiropractic for their gift of a massage and adjustment!
And a special thanks to Peggi Wood for her support of all the work EMH has put forth. You've been a true producing force behind EMH and for that I thank you beyond words.
EMH will be doing a benefit show in LA June/July next, as well as working on a feature film with the talented Sarah Barbulesco. We currently have a campaign to help with a small amount of funding for the project so take a moment to check it out!
